Executive Support Officer

The Executive Support Officer will be responsible for delivering professional, confidential and high level administrative and strategic support to a small team including the CEO, senior executives and board. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and briefing papers. The Executive Support officer will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the organisation.

Sector Development Director

The Sector Development Director will play a critical leadership role in supporting the development, strengthening and growth of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisations (ACCOs) delivering family, domestic and sexual violence services. The Director will work closely with the CEO to support member organisations to ensure that they are well-positioned to meet their goals and deliver high-impact outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, organisations, individuals and families to reduce all forms of violence.

Communication and Engagement Director

The Communication and Engagement Director will lead the development and delivery of strategies that strengthen the organisation’s profile, engage members and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will oversee media, branding, digital platforms and member communications, delivering culturally safe and impactful messaging.
